Want to lose weight? Drink enough water!

If you want to lose weight, it is very important to drink enough water. Whether you're on a strict diet or not, water helps you make losing weight easier and healthier.
Losing weight easier with water
When you're on a diet it is important to drink a lot. There are two reasons for this:
1. It is healthier (more about this later).
2. It makes it easier to lose weight.
Why does water make it easier to lose weight? It's simple, drink a glass of water before you're going to eat. You'll notice that you're full much sooner, so you will eat less. And eating less means losing more weight!
So if you're hungry, drink a glass of water first. Usually you will be less hungry afterwards. If you're still hungry after drinking water, eat something healthy, like an apple.
Losing weight healthier with water
Losing weight and drinking enough water is healthier too. When you're losing weight, your body removes a lot of waste that needs to leave the body. Water purifies the body and if you drink enough, all waste will leave your body via urine. If you don't drink enough when you're trying to lose weight, there's a chance that waste will remain in the body, which can lead to health issues, like iches and headaches.
Furthermore, chances are that you will work out more if you want to lose weight. When you work out, you need more liquid than usual, because you lose a lot more too by sweating. This is an extra reason to drink much more water.
So, make sure you drink enough if you want to lose weight. This doesn't have to be water only. You can drink coffee or tea (without milk or sugar).
Drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day.
